The Monday problem
The files are in the chat. The answer is not.
Sunday night you still send the same message: have you got public liability, CSCS and RAMS? Photos come back mixed with jokes, invoices and a van that will not start. Monday morning you still cannot say who can start.
SubbiePack does not replace the relationship. It replaces the chase with a list your office can open on a phone.
What you keep on file
Four document types. Three of them block the gate.
Each subbie has one current file per type, with an expiry you type (DD/MM/YYYY). PDF or photo. We record what they uploaded and the date they typed. We do not say the file is genuine.

Blocked, expiring, or in date — in that order
The homepage when you are paid is a mobile list, not a spreadsheet. Tap through to the subbie and the file.
Expiring expiring
Still in date, but inside your reminder window — 30, 14 or 7 days. Chase now, not on the morning they are due on site.
In date in date
Required files are present and the dates you typed are still ahead. Employers’ liability does not block a sole trader who does not have it.
Ask the subbie
Send a link. They upload from a phone.
Generate a single-use link for one subbie and one document type. It lasts 7 days. They open it, send a PDF or photo, type the expiry. They do not need an account.
You see waiting on them versus they uploaded. That is the WhatsApp chase, without the chat.

The office gets the email. Not a panic text.
When a file hits 30, 14 or 7 days, and on the day it expires, SubbiePack emails the firm. You set those windows in settings.
The copy is plain UK. No “certificate invalid”. There is no WhatsApp API in version one — that would be a promise we could not keep.

Sites and a pack
Who can start on that job, and a ZIP to send on
A site is a name and an optional address line. Assign the people on that job. The site view is who can start (all required files in date) versus who cannot.
The pack is a ZIP of current in-date files for that site. For sending on. It is not a certificate, and we do not issue one.

RAMS missing
One firm
£29 a month. An extra office login is included.
Your login only sees your subcontractors. There is no public directory. The owner can invite one office or site manager by email — same data, no extra bill. The owner can revoke.
Without a subscription you cannot add subcontractors. Cancel in the Stripe customer portal when you want. Status changes when Stripe confirms it, not because a success page loaded.
