No. SubbiePack is a tracker. We do not sell insurance and we do not stand behind anyone’s cover.

Accounts, billing and your subcontractors live on the app. This site is the public explanation.
Do you issue or validate certificates?
No. We store the file you uploaded and the expiry you typed. We do not say the document is genuine. We do not check CSCS cards with CITB.
Who can see my list?
Your firm. There is no public directory. Another firm cannot see your subcontractors.
What personal data do you keep?
Name, trade, phone, optional work email, and the files you choose to upload. We do not store National Insurance numbers, dates of birth or home addresses.
Can I create an account on this website?
No. Sign up and log in on the app at app.subbiepack.online. This marketing site has no accounts.
What does “in date” mean?
Public liability, CSCS and RAMS each have a current file whose typed expiry is still ahead. Employers’ liability is optional. “Expiring” is inside your reminder window (30, 14 or 7 days). “Blocked” means a required file is missing or expired.
How do I cancel?
In the Stripe customer portal from the app. Status changes when Stripe confirms it — not because a success page loaded.
Is this payroll or CIS?
No. SubbiePack does not do payroll, CIS returns or UTR.
