Who is it for?

A small UK principal contractor or site manager who already chases insurance, CSCS and RAMS on WhatsApp. If you need to know whether a subbie can start on site Monday, this is the list. It is not for insurers, certification bodies, or payroll.

Do you insure my subcontractors?

No. SubbiePack is a tracker. We do not sell insurance and we do not stand behind anyone’s cover.

Do you issue or validate certificates?

No. We store the file you uploaded and the expiry you typed. We do not say the document is genuine. We do not check CSCS cards with CITB.

What if a sole trader has no employers’ liability?

That is fine here. Employers’ liability is optional. Public liability, CSCS and RAMS are the required files. A missing EL does not block them on the list.

What does “in date” mean?

Public liability, CSCS and RAMS each have a current file whose typed expiry is still ahead. “Expiring” is inside your reminder window (30, 14 or 7 days). “Blocked” means a required file is missing or expired.

What is a pack ZIP?

A download of the current in-date files you already hold for the people assigned to a site. You send it on if someone asks for the paperwork. It is not a certificate, and we do not issue one.

Who can see my list?

Your firm. There is no public directory. Another firm cannot see your subcontractors. An extra office login, if you invite one, sees the same firm data.

What personal data do you keep?

Name, trade, phone, optional work email, and the files you choose to upload. We do not store National Insurance numbers, dates of birth or home addresses. More on the privacy page.

Can I export or delete the firm?

Yes, from the app: export as JSON/ZIP, or delete the firm and all files. This marketing site has no accounts, so it cannot do that for you.

Can I create an account on this website?

No. Sign up and log in on the app at app.subbiepack.online. This marketing site has no accounts.

Does the subbie need an account?

No. If you send an upload link they open it on a phone, send the file, type the expiry. The link is single-use and lasts 7 days.

Is billing live?

Checkout is Stripe. Until live billing is turned on, the app uses test keys. A test payment is not a live card charge and is not a promise that live payments are running. Do not treat a test receipt as a live subscription.

How do I cancel?

In the Stripe customer portal from the app. Status changes when Stripe confirms it — not because a success page loaded.

Is the extra office login a second bill?

No. The owner can invite one office or site manager for the same firm. It is included in the £29. The owner can revoke it.

Is this payroll or CIS?

No. SubbiePack does not do payroll, CIS returns or UTR.
