Create a firm account

Without a subscription you cannot add subcontractors. Cancel in the Stripe customer portal when you want. Status changes when the webhook confirms it.

  • One firm, isolated from every other firm
  • The list: blocked, expiring, in date
  • Files you upload or they send on a link
  • Firm reminder emails and an activity log
  • Sites, ZIP pack, extra login

Not included

  • Not insurance — we do not insure anyone
  • Not certificates — we do not issue or validate them
  • Not CSCS checks against CITB
  • Not payroll, CIS returns or UTR
  • Not a RAMS writer or a public directory

Billing, plainly

Checkout is Stripe. Until live billing is turned on, the app uses test keys. A test payment is not a live subscription and is not a promise that card charges are running.

There is no second plan and no per-seat price in version one. The extra office login is the same firm, not a new bill.
